Rope burn treatments help fast?

My line of dogs head, fell around my neck and gave me a rope burn. It hurts and bleeds What I can do ??????? I need something that can stop the pain and inflammation, but also the healing of the wound! Help

umm I suggest lotion? or try numming the first with an ice pack? Maybe if none of this is not about to call the doctor. I'm sure he / she will help. I hope you feel better:)
