What kind of things I can give my dog to keep you healthy?

I mean, as some foods, like eggs or peanut butter some vitamins and minerals. What kind of diet and nutrition you recommend. My dog two years is a Chow mix weighs about 45 pounds.

Best you can do is talk to your veterinarian. But I can give you some tips: 1) dry food "premium" food. Dry food is better for your teeth his cousin and best overall, the ingredients that are easier to digest. But even more important that they are healthier.
