People who found the dogs after really expect a reward?
Find dogs – what people who show dogs found, really expect a reward? Or is this new trend to make money, attract people and then the dogs after the dogs found and try to extort money from owners animals from a large reward.
If the owner puts a reward poster is to encourage people to keep their eyes open and encourages them to call if they see the dog or give it back if you find the dog. If a sensor wants to have a real reward announced, then it must be paid. More understandable if the expenses incurred in making responsible Finder dog until the owner can receive. The awards are a double-edged sword, as the theft of dogs is a real problem and there are people who steal dogs to claim a reward. If my dog was lost or stolen it would offer a reward that everyone does a dog found to find a chip and I'd rather pay that can not have my dog back.
